April Fools!

Joke is on me - at the last minute, the London assignment got squashed.  So it goes, right?  Well, in the absense of postings on random British inspired moments, I can resume work on the Cupcake Challenge.. of which I am well aware that I'm behind in my submissions.

I just returned home from a trip to Washington, D.C. (my first time, ever) so once I get back into my groove here, I'll post a few pics, tell a few stories, and be on our merry way.

London Calling!

So, the direction of my random musings will be changing a bit over the course of the next few months.  I've accepted a short term assignment in foggy London Town (how many song titles can I throw in here, right?).  While the exact dates of my adventures are to be determined, I should be there for the wedding of Prince William and Kate.. and that fact alone nearly made up my mind to do it.  Just kidding.  Sorta.

I have a lot to do before I bid the US of A adieu, but I'll see if I can get out some of the Cupcake Challenge posts I've not published that are still in my draft folder.  Leave you with some sweets before I share my Adventures Abroad.

I'd love to hear any suggestions for must see places either in England or Europe as a whole - I'm hoping to do a couple side trips while I'm there and expand my country list.
