Better Late Than Never, Right?

Most people adopt resolutions starting January 1st.  You may have noticed, I'm not most people.

I've decided this year, instead of "resolutions" I'm calling them goals.  Maybe it's a result of the work I do, but I think this will give me more definitive list of accomplishments come year end.  And maybe from my individual goals.

 

Food:

Learn to cook new things - Not just new ways to cook my old favorites.

Incorporate new ingredients

 

Running/Triathlon:

Go for personal best in a 5K race

Do another triathlon, and improve my time.

In fact, lets do two triathlons this year

 

Work:

Learn something new
