It's that time of year, my functional fitness friends. It's OPEN TIME!
And THIS GIRL will be getting her butt kicked by the dementors in charge of programming.
I remember watching the workout announcements online last year and thinking that these workouts were nuts. That and being REALLY confused by Castro's choice of attire for the 16.3 Announcement?
But I wanted to be a part of it and to know how I would stack up (and let us be real - I wouldn't be high on the rankings!). I wasn't doing Crossfit yet, but I was well acquainted with the movements and knew how hard EACH of those workouts were.
Only being 8 weeks into Crossfit, I'm really just looking forward to seeing how I do personally on the workouts, but also being able to watch and cheer on the others doing it too.
How about you? Any advice for a first-timer? Any other first timers?
